
Ingredients
T-Bone Steak
- 250-300g T- Bone Steak
Vegetable Medley
- 1-2 Squash (quartered)
- 1 Red Onion, cut into wedges
- 2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 Zucchini, cut into 2 cm lengths and quartered
- Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Method
- Season steak with olive oil and salt (Alternatively use preferred meat rub)
- Heat BBQ grill to medium to high heat. Cook steak for 3 mins and turnover and cook as desired (Well Done- Rare)
- Combine all vegetables in a salad or mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with salt. Toss to combine and coat.
- Heat BBQ hot plate to medium heat. Add Vegetables to hot plate and cook, turning to avoid overbrowning or burning.
- Divide steak and vegetables amongst plates and serve.
